Vehicles cannot be held behind as they are on a tight schedule for the tour days, but you'll be given directions to catch up to the tour or join at a later point. Please note that there are no refunds if you miss your pick-up, so please be a little early at your pick-up location so you are ready at the spot and waiting at your pick-up time.

Yes, Wild Florida airboats are accessible by a wheelchair-friendly ramp from the back of the gift shop down to the airboat loading docks. However, there are a few steps from the dock to the airboat where the guest will need to be physically transferred from the wheelchair to the airboat. The Gator Park is also wheelchair-friendly as every exhibit is at ground level, and the paths inside the Gator Park are compacted shells and concrete.

No, only service animals are permitted on the airboat ride and inside the park. Please note that service animals must always be leashed and are not allowed to enter interactive habitats. Kindly also note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals by the ADA.
